Led by a Practicing Clinician
Clinical Marketing is run by Andrew Koppejan, a practicing physiotherapist and content marketer.
Andrew received his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. He has been practicing as a physiotherapist for over eight years. Prior to this, Andrew held various positions in marketing and business development leading branding and marketing initiatives.
Andrew has also worked extensively with a variety of health clinics on branding, local marketing, blogging content and online advertising. Andrew has tested various marketing strategies and has identified what works for clinics on a budget to attract and build a growing practice.
In addition to his work with clinics, Andrew launched an online community of practice for physiotherapists which now has over 3,500 registered members within Canada. He also co-hosts a podcast on practice management and improvement for health professionals.
He also has written a book for clinicians on sleep health called Go To Bed: The Clinician's Handbook for Understanding Sleep.
Andrew is passionate about the intersection between patient care, engagement and communications and loves working with clinics to enable them to help more patients live better lives.

After signing up, we do our clinic onboarding interview where identify the best content focus to help you grow your clinic. We review marketing goals and your target audience and define an overall voice and style for the blog posts.
We work with you to ensure that proper tracking of phone calls is taking place on your clinic website so that we can track more than page views etc. We connect this with Google Analytics so we can provide accurate reporting for you on a monthly basis.
If you don't have analytics set-up with your website we can help set-up that up for you with one of our add-on packages.
Absolutely! We require your sign-off before any blog post is published to your website. You are free to provide revisions to the blog post to ensure information properly reflects your clinic.
You are responsible for any monthly spend on Facebook. The amount you spend is up to you. We can provide recommendations based on our experience and the specifics of your current target patient demographics. We can provide a recommended budget and will ensure we don't go beyond this amount.
We have found it best to promote the new blog post to your patient database as well as including one promotional message within the email. We focus on writing email subject lines and copy that improve open and click through rates while maintaining the right style and tone for your clinic.
No worries! We can provide recommendations for a number of excellent email software providers. If you need help with setting things up we can help with that with an add-on package.
There is an initial three month commitment with our service, but after that it is month to month.
